In some cases, it may be appropriate for us to refer your request to another party such as your accountant or the insurer we represent where your request relates to them.

For access and updating requests, please let us know the particular information you are interested in to help us retrieve it. We may also need to confirm your identity. We will not charge for lodging a request for access but may charge for our reasonable costs and outgoings incurred in meeting your request. In some circumstances we are permitted to deny access and correction requests. In those cases we will give you our reasons. If we do not agree that personal information should be updated as you have requested, you can ask us to attach a statement to the information indicating your view of how the information should be updated.

We take your privacy concerns seriously. Where you express any concerns that we have interfered with your privacy, we will respond to let you know who will be handling your matter and when you can expect a further response.
